 READY FOR ANOTHER OUTSTANDING CONCERT??

HOW ABOUT JUNE 29 2-5 PM???

The GREAT AMERICAN SONGWRITERS' BAND IS A NEW APPROACH TO SMALL  BAND PERFORMANCES OF THE SONGS OF IRVING BERLIN, JEROME KERN, HOAGY CARMICHAEL, COLE PORTER AND OTHERS TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION.  YOU'VE GOT TO HEAR THIS GROUP.

The BAND: many of the usual (Larry, Chris, Howard, Ferebe and Bob), but with the added talents of Jared Denhard - master of the usual and non-usual instruments - most of you have heard him display his mastery of the trombone, ukulele, bagpipes and (perhaps) the Celtic harp.  But that isn't all, Jared uses his mastery of most things to create beautiful arrangements of such wondrous songs as: Here's That Rainy Day, Fascinatin' Rhythm, April In Paris, Some Of These Days, Embraceable You, and many more, sung by our wonderful chanteuse.

AND - we'll still play those wonderful jazz tunes that we all know so well -  you know them.

YOU ARE INVITED TO THE SECOND PERFORMANCE OF THIS BAND ON:

SUNDAY, JUNE 29, 2-5 PM

Many of you have been to my house, but a big change is the new PAVED driveway - no more trudging over the gravel - easy!  Directions: Go to Clarksville on Rte MD108.  Go EAST on MD108 about one mile and turn LEFT onto Linden Chapel Rd.  Go to end and turn LEFT onto Chapel Estates Drive.  Go to End and turn RIGHT onto Chapel Bells Way and PARK.  Walk down the paved driveway at 11814 - it's only 700 feet.  Please park on the street. but you can drop off at the wide turn-around at the house.  You can park on the grass if the ground is DRY.

You can bring wine (I'll have glasses), food, and if you can bring a chair (like those comfy portable jobs), please do.  I have enough seating for about 65  (we'll have room for 75 or so) and still have room for dancing!!!  A wonderful vantage is on the upper level - great view and more seating and more dancing room SEE THE PIC ABOVE.

SEE YOU HERE!!
